PRODUCTS

Product specifications are mentioned as well as the price of the product (including local VAT) are mentioned on ILSE VAN STOLTZ.art’s website. Shipping costs are displayed before or after the realization of the agreement.

Products offered on the ILSE VAN STOLTZ art website contain an as accurately as possible and truthful description and/or image of the offered Product.

In case the descriptions and/or images turn out differently in reality, ILSE VAN STOLTZ art is not liable to compensate the Customer in any way. The Consumer reserves the right to return products as explained in our Returns section.

ILSE VAN STOLTZ art provides the Customer with information about the expected delivery time of the Product; this term is only an indication.

Possible import duties are always for account of the Customer.

 

AGREEMENTS AND DELIVERY

Agreements come about after the Customer has accepted an offer or quotation issued by ILSE VAN STOLTZ art and ILSE VAN STOLTZ art has agreed to this acceptation. ILSE VAN STOLTZ art will thereafter send you an email confirming the agreement including payment and order details. 

An agreement also automatically comes about in the case ILSE VAN STOLTZ art proceeds with the delivery of Products to the Customer, after a Customer has placed an order via the ILSE VAN STOLTZ art website.

ILSE VAN STOLTZ art is always free to – without statement of reason – disagree upon an offer made by a Customer. In the event that the Customer has already made a payment to ILSE VAN STOLTZ art, ILSE VAN STOLTZ art will reimburse this amount to the Customer immediately after the refusal.

ILSE VAN STOLTZ art delivers the products with Post NL courier service (within the Netherlands)or by herself.

Should a delivery not be possible due to a faulty address, customer not at home or a similar reason with additional costs as a result, all extra costs will be charged to the Customer.

ILSE VAN STOLTZ art cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery time of our courier service.

 

PRICE & PAYMENT

At ILSE VAN STOLTZ art payments are accepted by the secured payment methods of Paypal, Ideal, Apple Pay Creditcard; Mastercard & VISA.

Product specifications as well as the price of the Product including local (NL) VAT are mentioned on the ILSE VAN STOLTZ art website. Shipping costs are displayed before or during the realization of the agreement. If Import Duties apply to the shipping destination, ILSE VAN STOLTZ art will not communicate the appropriate duties through the shipping cost of Third party transporters. Shipment is executed on the basis of DAP (Delivered At Place), therefore the customer is responsible for the correct payment of import duties. ILSE VAN STOLTZ art is not liable for any quotations made by Third Party for ILSE VAN STOLTZ art upon agreement.

Payment needs to be settled before product is shipped to customer.

Customer must report any inaccuracies in the invoicing immediately, after which ILSE VAN STOLTZ art will correct the amount. Inaccuracies in the invoicing do not relieve the Customer from any payment obligations or any other obligations reported in these terms.

 

 

 

CHANGES TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any adjustments will have no effect on orders that are already being processed and the final version will always be published on our website.
